We cannot accept checks or other payments at this time.
We also cannot accept credit cards outside the United States and Canada at this time,
because we cannot to validate card addresses and security codes.
When does my Credit Card gets charged?
Your credit card will gets charged in 24 to 48 hours after you place your order.
What is your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
All products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. please contact us for help with warranty issues for products
you purchased through our company. we strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the
manufacturer's warranty.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancellation of an order is made BEFORE the order is produced and/or shipped there is NO charge for the cancellation. Once the product has shipped you are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

What is the return policy?
Generally on all items the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight
if it the furniture has already been shipped/produced. Please contact us and we will assess
your situation. A 15% re-stocking fee also deducted from your refund.
Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space you are placing the furniture. Sorry we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in their original packaging. Items will not be authorized for return after 15 days from the delivery date. Are finish colors accurate?
We do our best to accurately show the finish colors of each piece we carry, however colors can vary by
personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video card differences and printing variations.
Delivery and Pick-up
Truck Deliveries
Two uniformed mans will deliver your merchandise and place it in the first dry area of your home or your garage.
It is then your responsibility to unpack, place in your room of choice, assemble the furniture if any is needed
and the disposal of all packaging.

Yes, we provide "White Glove" delivery service.

Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Sorry we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. Our cartons are to large, you may want to ship to a friend or relative who can forward your shipment to you
afterward.
Can I Pick- up my furniture?
Yes, we provide free Pick-up from --- Brooklyn warehouse location.
1. Proceed to checkout from your shopping cart.
2. After proceed step 1 you wall see "Customer Pick-up".
3. Click "Customer Pick-up" and we flag your order as a pick-up and remove your shipping charges.
4. After you submit your order. we'll send you e-mail wet details on where and when to
pick-up your order and your pick-up confirmation.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?
In case that you receive your furniture damaged please note on the delivery paperwork
and contact us as soon as possible.
And we will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed to you.
